Meet Ailenda
My name is Ailenda Grady. I currently live in Shelbyville,KY with my fiancé and two amazing kids. Massage therapy has been a passion of mine for about 5 years now and I graduated from Advanced Massage Therapeutics in May of 2022. Starting out as a therapist in a large chain spa I quickly realized that I wanted to open a place of my own and be able to connect to my clients on a more personal level. This is how Wellness and Transformation was born.
As a fully insured and licensed massage therapist I take pride in working with my clients to alleviate your chronic pain, general muscle tension and providing the highest state of relaxation.
